Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Lander, Wyoming and always select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for each shipment. Depending on destination, size, and weight, orders may ship via USPS or UPS.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 business hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please refer to our homepage for any updates regarding fulfillment delays due to us being out of office or during special circumstances. For special shipping requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and the types of products in your cart. Rates are structured to fairly cover postage, packaging, handling, and rural delivery considerations.

Mixed Items & Fragile Products

Orders that include heavier or fragile items (such as glass jars) may have higher shipping costs to ensure safe packaging and delivery. When an order contains products with different shipping requirements, the highest applicable shipping rate will apply.

Large & Multi-Box Orders

Larger orders may ship in multiple boxes. In rare cases where an order requires unusually high shipping costs, we reserve the right to contact you prior to shipment to confirm details.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include processing time. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are managed by USPS or UPS.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
