WECK Sourdough Starter Jars

Authentic German WECK Glass Canning Jars!  These jars are the standard with sourdough starters. The heavy wide mouth no lip jar is perfect for storing your starter while keeping the sides and top of the jar clean. These 3/4L (just shy of 400g) have a removable rubber gasket that allows you to keep your starter protected while still allowing it to breathe. Using it for discard, or need to put your starter to sleep? Put the gasket back on and use the clips to give it an air tight seal while storing in the fridge.
